New Construction with a few modifications!

Clients recently completed our Sater Design Monroe Home Plan. Below you will find a testimonial from them as well as beautiful pictures of their home building process.

In choosing our home design, we looked at many different home design websites. We found that the Sater Design site was extremely easy to use, had a vast selection of distinctive homes to choose from, and gave us the tools we needed to narrow the results to a manageable level. The descriptions, floor plans and elevations on the site were superior both in quality and size which enabled us to get a good sense of the design.

 

When we had narrowed our selection, we had several questions and wanted additional elevations, the Sater Design customer service staff quickly responded to our requests and provided us with all of the detail we needed.

 

Once we purchased our plans, we worked with the design team to make a few modifications, again the service was excellent, the price reasonable, and the designers used our ideas and their expertise to adjust the plans to our needs.

 

Our builder was very pleased with the architectural plan package. It was clear and detailed and had all they needed to give us a firm quote for construction. The quality of the plans was excellent, the designs were flexible enough to allow us to make a few adjustments during construction, and the builder did not run into any design issues with the prints, everything fit together perfectly.
