Sater Design Builder of the Year Award

Our Builder of the Year award program is open to all builders in our Builder’s Program who construct a Sater Design Collection home plan. Each year builders submit photos of Sater Design homes they have constructed that year. We look over each submission very carefully and take into consideration all aspects of the home. The photos are then judged by Dan Sater, II, FAIBD/CPBD/CGP. The winners are chosen based on how closely the original home plan was followed, as well as the quality of the build and the photography.

Builder of the Year Awards are given out every year in January.

The requirements to be eligible for the Builder of the Year awards are:

• The builder must be part of our Builder’s Program.
• The builder must construct a Sater Design Collection home within the current year.
• The builder must submit photos of the completed home prior to the end of that year.
• The builder must faithfully execute the Sater home plan as close to the original design as possible.

We want to thank our builders for submitting their photos. We appreciate their dedication to their craft. We encourage all the builders in our program to submit photos of their completed homes.
