Builder of the Year 2016

The winner of the Builder of the Year for 2016 is Landmark Construction of the Emerald Coast, located in the panhandle of Florida. We have worked with Dan Dufault and Landmark Construction for many years. They are true craftsmen when it comes to building a quality home.

In 2016 they built two home designs of ours. Both are excellent examples of how our designs should be built. For that reason, we have chosen them to be the Builder of the Year.

The Pendergrass house plan (#6561) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1994 square feet of living area. It is a luxury southern tidewater plan. Its open floor plan and stepped ceilings live much larger than its foot print.

The Maywood house plan (#6776) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1922 square feet of living area. The study could easily be converted into a 4th bedroom. The Maywood is an especially open floor plan. It has a large dining room, kitchen and great room. Each area is defined by elegant arches and columns.
