Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.

House Plan Description

Turnberry Lane's contemporary and classic design are combined with stellar results in this gracious resort home. This 2794 square foot, luxury Mediterranean home plan has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Decorative columns and a double-arched entryway speak to a heritage that dates back several hundred years. Contemporary lines and sun-drenched stucco give the Turnberry Lane home plan a modern feel and a bright, sunny disposition.

Every home has a personality and it's easy to tell that the Turnberry Lane is right at home in a tropical setting. Outside, decorative columns, circle-head windows and a double-arched entryway add curb appeal to this view-oriented design. Mitered glass throughout the house plan creates openness with spacious views. The formal living and dining rooms are straight ahead, with a unique buffet server connecting the rooms.

The Turnberry Lane features an elegant fourteen-foot tray ceiling in the open concept living room.
