Prescott House Plan

Our Prescott home plan is our take on a Modern Mediterranean style. It displays clean lines and simple adornment. Despite its smaller footprint, this floor plan is packed with features and little luxuries. Let’s explore it a little!

Walking into the foyer, you are greeted with an open layout. The foyer is flanked by an open dining room and enclosed study. Beyond the foyer is the great room with views to the rear. Next to the great room is the open kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with two islands and an additional vegetable sink. A walk-in pantry is also provided.

If you enter the home through the garage, you will pass through the utility room. This utility room is incredibly spacious for a home this size. It offers additional counter and cabinet space and a linen closet for storage. Past the utility room is a powder bath for guests. The right side leads to two guest suites, each with a private bathroom.

The left side of the home is solely for the master suite. It offers his and her closets and French doors leading to the veranda. The master bath provides separate vanities, a separate water closet, a linen closet, and a central freestanding tub with walk-around shower.

The Prescott house plan is completed with a veranda that stretches across the entire rear of the home. There is even space for an outdoor kitchen, if desired. The veranda has direct access to guest suite 3 bath, which can serve as a pool bath.
