Our most beloved home plan the Bayberry Lane is now available in an all new style. All the wonderful features and layout of the Bayberry Lane can also be found in our new small house plan, the Darla Mae.

Featuring a modern farmhouse style! It features 2476 living square feet, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The exterior of the home’s vertical board and batten siding with shed dormers and standing seam metal roofing accents is rounded out by stone based tapered Craftsman columns. A central dormer-lit foyer is flanked by the formal dining room and study. The great room features a clerestory lit vaulted ceiling, built-in shelves and a stone clad fireplace. The large, open kitchen offers a generous island, walk-in corner pantry and a breakfast nook.

The split bedroom layout of this floor plan makes for ideal guest privacy. The master suite is to the right, featuring double doors leading to the rear porch. His and her closets separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, linen closet and dual vanity. The left side of the home houses two guest suites and two guest bathrooms and there are two linen closets that are conveniently located there as well.

The home’s three car garage enters into a hallway where you find a powder bathroom on one side and the utility room on the other side. Inside the utility room you will find plenty of counter space. The powder can be easily modified to double as a pool bath should you so desire.

The rear of the home features the same great outdoor living area as the Bayberry Lane where the covered rear porch has a generous size and is perfect for rocking chairs.
