Buttercup House Plan

The Buttercup house plan is a beautiful structure designed to maximize rear views. The home has a contemporary cottage flair. Its straight lines give a modern appeal, but it is still warm with the brick and siding accents.

Walking through the double doors, a two-story foyer leads to the great room and open dining room. The kitchen is generous with a winding island. Storage space is abundant - both a butler pantry and walk-in pantry are present in the kitchen. This is truly a chef’s dream.

The first floor is also equipped with two office spaces and two guest bedrooms. Off of guest suite 2 is a traditional, screened in sleeping porch. Perfect for breaking out the sleeping bags on beautiful, cool nights. Off of the kitchen is a sun room surrounded by tall glass windows. Complete with a fireplace, the sun room makes a great additional sitting area. The Buttercup’s three-car garage leads straight into a spacious mud room.

The second floor is completely dedicated to a large master suite, besides a balcony or catwalk that overlooks the foyer and great room. Inside the master suite is a large walk-in closet and luxurious master bath, complete with wide his and her vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom leads to a private master deck.

An elevator in the home leads to all four levels - basement, main living, upper level, and tower. The basement is relatively unfinished, except for an oversized utility room. A laundry chute has been added to the design for convenience. The fourth floor is the crowning glory of the Buttercup. A tower is surrounded by windows, allowing 360 degree views. It is truly the cherry on top.
