Anna Belle House Plan

Two-story columns support the front porch and roof above the Anna Belle floor plan, creating shade and security for this plantation-inspired home plan. A view-oriented design, the Anna Belle floor plan allows spectacular vistas, even from the front door. Columns and French doors which lead out to the verandah define the great room, which hosts a two-sided fireplace and built-in cabinetry.

The great room is open to the kitchen giving the ever desired open concept feel. The kitchen has a large center island for ample counter space. There is a walk in pantry in the corner of the kitchen which provides much needed storage. The utility room is large and has room for a washer and dryer and wash tub with lots of counter space for folding clothes.

The rear verandah and solana has an outdoor fireplace and a built in outdoor grille. The side entry garage has three bays and plenty of extra storage space. To the right of the Anna Belle house plan, the study maintains privacy for the master wing. The master suite is on the same side of the home. It has a private opening to the rear solana. The master bathroom has his and hers walk in closets. There is a Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. Dual sinks complete the master bath.

Located on the second level, two guest bedrooms share a full bath and enjoy porch access. The third bedroom has a private bathroom and walk in closet. There is a separate utility room also upstairs. A loft/study and home center rounds out the rest of the second floor.

The Anna Belle plan has 4091 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is available with a crawlspace foundation.
