Tamarack - Mountain House Plan

This plan was Dan’s own concept for his personal mountain home. Designed for really any walk-out basement site, this Craftsman Styled home plan makes great use of such terrains. The tin roofed front entry porch makes for a perfect welcome to visiting guests. This Great Room floor plan captures views from almost every room. Its open floor plan is perfect for casual entertaining and enjoyment.

The main floor plan allows for almost step-less access from outside and contains all the major living spaces as well as the Master Suite and Utility Room. The Great Room, with its vaulted beamed ceilings and stone faced fireplace, makes a lasting impression. The expansive kitchen with island configuration gives the chef unparalleled views of the scenery and the action within.

The Master Suite features his and her closets, a bath with a private water closet room, his and her sinks, and large walk-in shower.

The lower level features a common sitting area with two Guest Suites and as abundant storage space. Both levels have a large outdoor Veranda for viewing vistas. All this is contained within 2626 SF of living area.
