Mediterranean House Plans: Beautiful Design features! One of our favorite selections in our Mediterranean house plans  designs is the Cordillera home plan #6953. Corinthian columns and simple Tuscan pilasters line a long colonnade. This leads the eye toward the vestibule. Down the hall from the foyer, is a paneled wet bar. It links the casual living area and service hall. The grand living room is warmed with a stunning stone fireplace. Straight ahead of the main entry is a series of three French doors. They open to a spectacular pool setting. This offers brilliant views both day and night.

Connected to the living room at the center of the Cordillera home plan is the dining room. It  takes in views of the pool and lakefront. As in many of our Mediterranean house plans, a stunning stepped ceiling adds a touch of drama to its formality. Closely linked to the living area is a shared fireplace. The study offers a quiet environment for talks and planning. Adjacent to the master wing, the study easily converts to a work space. It offers a reading room or home office. Double doors open to the sun terrace and pool. This offers an easy transition from work to play.

Multiple workstations and state-of-the-art appliances create an inviting and functional gourmet kitchen. This combines with a beamed ceiling and granite countertops. There is a butler’s pantry, a wet bar, and wine cellar. This completes the necessities for a full service dining and entertainment experience for the aspiring chef.

Exquisite details enrich the central hip roof that dominates the rear perimeter of the Cordillera home plan.  This is one of our luxurious  Mediterranean house plans. A row of French doors opens the interior to the outside living area. This overlooks the sun terrace and pool. To the left, the Solana dissolves the boundaries of outer and inner spaces. It features a fireplace and alfresco kitchen.
