The St. Kitts house plan is an homage to the resort like living of the West Indies.
The flat tiled, hipped rooflines with bracketed eaves and white smooth stuccoed walls echo this in a thoroughly modern styling.
The home is entered through the Entry and Foyer beyond. The Foyer is flanked by opposing niches with stone accents. This leads directly into the Great Room. The Great Room features a 24’ x 9’ high double pocketing sliding glass door wall and a linear fireplace/TV with adjacent built-ins. It also has a wet bar. To the left is the casual Dining Room and Kitchen.
The Kitchen features a large central island with seating counter and a walk in pantry. Nearby is a utility room that leads out into the three car garage. To the rear of the Kitchen is the powder bath which also serves the first guest suite and optional pool. The hall directly off the Kitchen leads to the two guest bedrooms and private bath.
The study/home office is off of the Great Room and is separated by double barn doors.
Accessed from the Great Room via a double door vestibule is the Master Suite. It opens onto the home’s Loggia through sliding glass doors. The Master has his and her’s walk in closets. The Master Bath features a free standing island whirlpool tub, walk in shower and his and her’s vanities.
The outdoor living is accommodated by the spacious Loggia. It contains an outdoor kitchen at one end for grilling.
The St. Kitts floor plan features 2226 square feet of living area with three bedrooms and three baths.
