Alexandre House Plan

Our Alexandre is a luxury, cottage home plan. It features 3096 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Our Alexandre floor plan is offered with a crawl space foundation.

Full of character, Alexandre is a Victorian inspired design. It blends a gazebo-style front porch, fish-scale siding and a metal roof, creating a timeless masterpiece. An expansive porch and a wealth of arched windows make for an amazing first impression. Inside, an inviting entry opens to an impressive two-story circular foyer with a dome ceiling. The ceiling, open to the second floor, reveals ample light, views and impressive details. The radius staircase hints at the amenities to come.

A formal study is to the right of the foyer. It features a window seat and built-ins. The formal dining room connects via a butler's pantry to the gourmet kitchen. The open floor plan of Alexandre opens the kitchen to a breakfast nook and a big leisure room with a built-in entertainment center. The leisure room features French doors that leads to the home's lanai. Beyond is a hallway leading to a utility room and access to a two car garage.
