Chanteclair House Plan

This engaging and comfortable mountain-style home plan, the Chanteclair is packed with personality and great views. Upon entering the foyer, there is an elevator directly to the left. The foyer leads into the great room and the views out to the verandah are seen through retreating glass walls. A formal dining room opens through a colonnade from the central gallery hall. This shares an open concept feeling to the great room. Indoor spaces transcend to outdoors, providing a peaceful place to unwind or create additional space for get-togethers. The kitchen is just to the left of the dining room. There is a pass-thru to the dining room that can also be used as an eating bar with stools.
