You enter the home on the first level. An entry hall allows for a stairwell and an elevator to the upper living levels. Upstairs, a lovely hall greets you. Further down the hall an elegant dining room is adjacent from the spacious and open kitchen. An open layout in the common areas allows the great room fireplace to be enjoyed by all. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.
