Flagstone Ridge House Plan

The dramatic use of stacked stone amidst arch-top windows gives the Flagstone Ridge home plan a dignified and warm facade. A front portico under triple arches leads to the foyer and living room. The double sided fireplace warms both the living room and study. The living room of the Flagstone Ridge plan has three pairs of French doors open to the veranda and breathtaking views.

To the left of the foyer is the spacious dining room. Around the corner and through the gallery is the gourmet kitchen. It has a center prep island and large walk in pantry. A pass thru from the kitchen to the rear veranda is perfect for entertaining friends and family. The open concept flows from the kitchen to the sunny breakfast nook and spacious leisure room. The three French doors lead out to the rear veranda.

French doors also lead outside from the study and master suite. The utility room is large enough to contain the washer, dryer, and two large folding tables. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom while the other guest bedroom has a private bath. All three bedrooms have large walk in closets. The two rear guest rooms have private balconies.
