Del Rosa House Plan

The turreted, recessed entry grants elegance to the facade of the Del Rosa home plan. This plan is a Mediterranean charmer. Upon entering the foyer the great room is wide open to the rear of the home. The sliding glass doors in the rear open to the solana. There is an outdoor fireplace and outdoor grille that offers the perfect alternate entertainment area.

The interior of the Del Rosa home plan flows around a large central great room featuring a stepped ceiling. The central living space offers easy access to the dining room and kitchen, and a study near the foyer. The study can easily be converted to a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry for ample storage, and a center island for additional counter space. The dining room is open to the kitchen and great room for that open concept feel that is so popular. The dining room boasts a step ceiling and the great room and kitchen have an octagonal stepped ceiling. The arch door leads from the kitchen to the utility room.
