Addison Court House Plan

The Addison Court is a stately two story house plan. The traditional stucco facade of the Addison Court gives way to an elegant and spacious interior. Stepped ceilings elevate gracious living throughout the home. Upon entering the foyer, to the right is a formal dining room. To the left is the large study with a beautiful stepped ceiling. Walking down the hall brings you to the stairway on the left and powder bath on the right. There is also an elevator to the right.

The foyer opens up to the great room. There is a massive fireplace on the far wall with built ins on each side of the fireplace. The kitchen of the Addison Court provides the open concept that makes entertaining so enjoyable. The butler's pantry leads from the kitchen to the dining room. The center island provides additional counter space in the kitchen. The breakfast nook looks out to the covered lanai through large bay windows. Outdoor living spaces, the veranda and the solana, provide a cozy fireplace and outdoor kitchen for the residents' enjoyment.

Upstairs, two guest suites on the second level each boast a walk-in closet and share a Jack-and-Jill bath. An expansive master retreat is sure to delight the owners. The master bedroom opens up to a private verandah. There is a large dual walk in closet for storage. The master bathroom has a large Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. There are separate vanities with sinks for added counter space.

The utility room is also upstairs with enough room for a large washer and dryer and wash tub. The Addison Court house plan has three bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms. It has 3342 square feet of living area. The house plan is available with a crawlspace foundation.
