Newport Cove House Plan

The Newport Cove house plan is a raised tidewater design. It features a steep metal roof, horizontal siding and arched-top windows. It combines a sense of the past, while a redefined interior provides today's modern conveniences. This Newport Cove floor plan has all the necessary amenities, gently mixed with a distinctive touch of elegant extras, such as interesting ceilings, a central fireplace and decorative columns.

At the heart of the Newport Cove home plan, a hip vaulted ceiling, a cozy fireplace and a wall of built-in cabinetry enhance the great room of the Newport Cove.
