All Plans Need Engineering

Our plans do not include engineering for any specific site. Because of the great differences in geography and climate, each state, or municipality may have its own building regulations. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.

House Plan Description

The Verago is an intimate but luxurious modern Mediterranean inspired home plan under 2300 living square feet. The exterior styling is elegant and refined. It features tapered Tuscan columns surmounted by graceful full arches. Little details like banding, corbels, and divided windows further reinforce its features. The frescoed stucco walls and barrel tiled roof complete the home’s persona.

Inside, the Verago is very open and modern. The expansive great room is the central space of the home. It features a beautiful fireplace and built-in shelves on each side. The adjoining kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook collectively make for ideal family events, both small and large. French doors leading to the verandah make for expanded entertaining. Further outside on the veranda, an outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen complete the package.

If you want luxury in an intimate package, the Verago doesn’t disappoint. The home’s study and dining room can be found right off the home’s foyer on either side. The gourmet kitchen features a large island with seating and convenient walk-in pantry. Conveniently tucked away is an inconspicuous powder bath and a generous utility room that leads to the two-car garage. The garage offers a large storage closet.

With a total of three bedrooms, this home is great for a small family or empty nesters alike. The two guest suites share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The spacious master suite features a sitting area and is entered via a master foyer. The master bath contains luxurious features such as his and her walk-in closets, a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a private water closet room.
