Greenbriar House Plan

Our Greenbriar floor plan is a stunning Mediterranean design, perfect for narrow lots. Despite its narrow frame, this house plan lacks nothing. It offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a den/study all under 3000 sq. ft.

Entering the foyer, the hall leads to the home’s main living space. Guests can stop at the wet bar for a refreshment on the way. An open great room, kitchen, and dining room feature a coffered and beamed ceiling. Large and cornerless sliding glass doors lead to the home’s verandah.

At the front of the home are two guest suites. They are both in separate areas, creating extra privacy. Each guest suite is complete with a private bath and a walk in closet. Also at the front of the home is a utility room and half bath.

The master suite is separated by a private foyer. His and her closets separate the bedroom from the spacious bathroom. The master bath offers separate his and her vanities, a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. Well placed windows bring in natural light.
