Gables House Plan

Our Gables house plan is a charming farmhouse plan ideal for a narrow lot. Its open floor plan and four bedroom design is great for a young family, while its smaller foot print and single level is perfect for a retirement home. Triple gables, shutters, and a columned front porch area welcome you home to a beautiful and peaceful oasis.

The Gables floor plan is under 2000 living square feet and under 3000 total square feet. Despite its smaller size, it offers a spacious layout. The central part of the home is the large great room, kitchen and dining area. The dining room and great room feature sliding glass doors leading to the home’s verandah, further extending the living space. The verandah is complete with an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying cooler evenings.

Back inside, the Gables home plan offers four bedrooms. Three guest bedrooms share a hall bath. The master suite offers access to the verandah.
