Chelsea Passage House Plan

The curved stairs of the Chelsea Passage house plan lead up to the covered porch. Once inside, the foyer leads to the formal gallery which announces the spacious interior. A vaulted ceiling above the great room, which hosts a cozy center fireplace and French doors, carries on into the master bedroom. Two French doors lead out to the covered porch in the rear of the home.

Taking center stage in the Chelsea Passage plan, the gallery kitchen is extended to the great room by a snack bar and views of the warming fireplace. The dining room has French doors on both sides leading out to separate covered porches. To the left of the staircase is the powder bath and linen closet.
