The hub of family activity is the central element of the Whitemarsh Valley Way house plan with a grand room taking center stage. Enhanced by a cathedral ceiling, the grand room also benefits from an open concept arrangement with the formal dining room and kitchen. It has one wall of French doors to the rear verandah and one wall of built-ins. There is also a fireplace and built-in entertainment center that provides a cozy atmosphere.
