The Port Royal Way home plan has a spectacular blend of arch top windows, glass doors and balusters. This hints at the captivating design within this estate home. The double door entry leads to the grand foyer where columns and archways grace the view through the formal living room. Unique ceiling treatments are present throughout the home, while French doors connect multiple rooms to the veranda. The living room of the Port Royal Way plan has a double sided fireplace that is also open to the library.

The entire right wing of the home contains the master suite. The sitting area opens up to a private veranda. There are separate his and hers walk in closets. Further down the hall is a unique walk in shower with glass block looking out to a private garden. There is a beautiful Whirlpool soaking tub with windows open to another private garden.
