Fontana House Plan

The Fontana house plan has copper arched dormers that echo the graceful curves of a circular window. This takes on an eclectic French facade of powerful colonial forms. The recessed entry harbors a paneled door, which leads to an open foyer. Oriented toward views to the rear of the home, the Fontana plan allows spectacular vistas, even from the front door. Tapered columns and a wall of glass define the living room, which hosts an extended-hearth fireplace framed by built-in cabinetry. Stepped ceilings offer a subtle sense of separation of space in an open arrangement of the formal and informal rooms. The leisure room is open to the kitchen and breakfast nook, giving the open concept feel that is so desirable.

The kitchen of the Fontana plan has a large walk in pantry. There is a center island that provides plenty of extra counter space. To the left of the Fontana plan, a cabana-style powder bath serves the pool area and maintains privacy for the master wing. The owners' retreat sports a sitting area, a walk-in closet designed for two, and a luxurious master bath with his-and-hers vanities. One corner of the bath contains an oval soaking tub and another corner has a large walk in shower.
