Vienetta House Plan

The Vienetta house plan is the epitome of luxury. The graceful curves of rotundas, dramatically changing roof pitches and architectural enhancements delight the eye with their gentle movement. Upon entry, the Vienetta plan has half-columns, corbels and an arbor. Guests know they've arrived as they step up to the terrace and are embraced by the Vienetta home's elegant arched entry.

The gentle curve of the elegant staircase that sweeps upward in a rotunda is breathtaking. The curved windows in the living room and breakfast nook look out to the Loggia. The graceful arc of a wet bar and wine room heighten the visual appeal of the Vienetta plan.

The master suite encompasses the entire right side of the house. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area overlooking the Loggia. His and hers walk in closets provide ample storage space. There is a separate dressing area leading into the master bathroom. An elevated garden tub looks through three arched windows onto a private garden.
