All Plans Need Engineering

Our plans do not include engineering for any specific site. Because of the great differences in geography and climate, each state, or municipality may have its own building regulations. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.

House Plan Description

The Augusta house plan, a modern Mediterranean style home, has been designed around an active lifestyle. The emphasis has been put on livability, convenience and utility. All the while not taking our eye off curb appeal and flow.

You don’t want to be cooped up inside all the time. Good thing you can cook all your meals out in the outdoor kitchen, then enjoy them in your Solana or covered veranda. Food just tastes better when cooked outside in your built-in grill.

Open the retreating glass walls in the dining area, the great room, and the master suite bedroom and the lines between the indoors and the outdoors is blurred beyond recognition. The open floor plan creates a sense of togetherness and intimacy. The centrally located wet bar will make sure everyone is refreshed. And when it comes to storage, the large walk-in pantry can’t be beat.
