Clarence

Our most beloved  home plan,  Bayberry Lane, is now available in a four bedroom configuration. All of the fantastic features in the Bayberry Lane can also be found in our new  small house plan, the Clarence.

Combining our  Prairie Pine Court and  Medora home plans resulted in the perfect small house plan - The Clarence! It features  2482 living square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The exterior of the home shares the same stone accents and faux dormer as the  Bayberry Lane while inside the flow is the same. A central foyer leads into the open great room and kitchen. The great room features a coffered ceiling, built-in shelves and a  fireplace. The large, open kitchen offers a generous island,  corner pantry and a breakfast nook. The study is to the right of the foyer and opens onto the great room.

The split bedroom layout of this floor plan is ideal for privacy. The master suite is to the right, featuring double doors leading to the rear porch.  His and her closets separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, linen closet and dual vanity. The left side of the home houses three guest suites and two guest bathrooms, separated by a private hall. There are two linen closets that are conveniently located there as well.

The home’s three car garage enters into a hallway where you find a powder bathroom on one side and the utility room on the other side. Inside the utility room you will find plenty of counter space. The powder can easily double as a pool bath if so desired.

The rear of the home features the same great outdoor living area as the  Prairie Pine Court where the covered rear porch has a generous size and is perfect for rocking chairs.
