Our Blake home plan is the perfect tropical cottage home. With its Caribbean, West Indies characteristics woven into its exteriors, it would be at home most anywhere. The elevated main living level on stem wall gives desired protection from coastal flooding or other low-lying areas. The Blake has a stucco exterior with board and batten accents. This is accentuated by bracketed eaves and cantilevers. The steeply pitched standing seam metal roof is surmounted by a faux widows walk with Chippendale railing details.

The main living level features a coffered Great Room with fireplace, built-ins and pocketing sliding glass doors to the Loggia. The island kitchen is open to the Great Room and is adjacent to the Dining Room. The home’s utility room is conveniently located just off the Kitchen. The home is entered through a dramatic two-story Foyer with adjacent stairway to rooms above.

Rounding out the main level is a dedicated Study, Powder/Pool bath and Master Suite. The Master Suite has a sitting room and his/her walk-in closets. The Master Bath has a garden soaking tub, large walk-in shower and his/her vanities. The Master has direct access to the Loggia and outdoor kitchen.

Upstairs the home features a gallery/loft, four Guest Suites, two baths and a Bonus Room that could be an overflow guest suite, playroom, exercise room or studio. The Jack and Jill bath gives two of the suites direct and private bath access. Two of the guest suites and the bonus room access the second floor Veranda. The Bonus Room also has a private balcony. There is also a mechanical room on the second floor.
