Sater Design’s Averly home plan accommodates today's need for multi-generational housing with its totally separate two-bedroom apartment over the garage, complete with dedicated entryway. Its exterior styling is modern contemporary with hipped roofs and broad overhangs. It is clad in stuccoed walls with stone and lap siding accents and capped with a standing seam metal roof. The home’s rear features floor to ceiling sliding glass door and stainless steel cable railing to complete the modern styling.

The spacious Entry leads into the home’s Foyer and staircase to the left and is accentuated by a two story ceiling. Directly beyond the Foyer is the Great Room with stone accented media wall. Open to the Great Room is the island Kitchen and Dining area. The dining has a built-in window seat banquette. The Kitchen is entered from the garage via a butler pantry. Beyond these areas are large outdoor areas including an outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen and a separate Loggia with fireplace off the Master.
