What is in a Set of Plans?

All Plans Need Engineering

Our plans do not include engineering for any specific site. Because of the great differences in geography and climate, each state, or municipality may have its own building regulations. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.

Photographed homes may have been modified from original plan.

The Beasley is our newest modern, farmhouse plan. Traditional looking columns lead to the home’s covered entry. Siding and flat tile roofing add detailing. A faux dormer adds charm.

Inside, a generous foyer welcomes you. A formal dining room is to the right. An open hall separates the foyer from the great room. A large kitchen and angled breakfast nook are open to the great room and look out at the loggia. The kitchen has a generous amount of counter space. It is open to the great room but still separated. The nook's angled design is made even more unique by the use of sliding glass doors.

The left side of the home is dedicated to the master retreat and guest/pool bath. The master retreat is truly an oasis. Sliding glass doors separate the master bedroom from the loggia. The master bathroom is almost as large as the master bedroom. The master bath boasts separate his and her vanities, a soaking tub with a walk-around shower, and sliding glass doors leading to a private master garden. Access to the large walk-in closet can be found from the bathroom as well.

The right side of the Beasley floor plan is dedicated to a guest suite with private bathroom, utility room, built-in desk area and stairs leading to the second floor. Upstairs, a small loft leads to an oversized study and a second guest suite. Both rooms have access to a covered balcony.
