Arlo House Plan

Our Arlo house plan is a re-imagination of one of our older, classic plans - the Elk River Lane. We stripped away the traditional brick look and created a beautiful Tuscan masterpiece. Arched doors and windows, stone mixed with stucco, cast stone detailing, and a rounded turret offer incredible curb appeal.

Inside, the Arlo does not disappoint. The arched foyer is flanked by a study and the rounded dining room. Beyond is the spacious and open grand room with fire place and built-ins. Three sets of French doors lead to the backyard. The kitchen and breakfast nook opens to the grand room. Off the kitchen is an additional family room. This room is surrounded by windows so it can be used as a sun room. It is also perfect for a kid’s play area, making it easy to keep an eye on them.

The right side of the Arlo floor plan features a pool bath, utility room and a guest bedroom and hall bath. The veranda offers a built-in outdoor kitchen. Upstairs are two generous guest bedrooms with walk-in closets and a shared hall bath. There is even a convenient study alcove.

Back downstairs the master suite occupies the left side of the home. A large walk-in suite is across from a convenient built-in. The master bath offers a stunning soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.
