To the left of the foyer, there is an elevator that goes down to the garage area. From the entry to the rear balcony, the wide-open vistas of the San Marino allow the warm, gentle breezes to flow through the house.
Cathedral ceilings in the great room and formal dining area extends the sense of spaciousness. This allows for an easy transition to the outdoor living pace. The great room at the core of the San Marino plan is open to the dining room. In turn, the great room is open to the gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook.
