The Windflower is a version of our best selling plan the Prairie Pine Court. With features like a 4 car garage, an expansive verandah, 3 bedrooms and a study, it is no wonder people fall in love with this design. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining friends. You also get plenty of storage with generous walk-in closets and a kitchen pantry.

Even though there is a lot of open space in this design, there are also lots of places for privacy. The breakfast nook, for example, is a great little cozy space. It has access to the verandah and is right off the kitchen, yet it feels like its own space. That is the magic of this design. Blending indoor, outdoor, open spaces with intimate areas for privacy.

Living in the Wildflower is made easier with the mud room located off the 4 car garage. The large utility room which is adjacent to the garage and right off the kitchen is large enough for any families needs.

Speaking of family, this home plan features 2 guest bedrooms each with their own full baths. This makes this plan uniquely suited for a multi-generational home. The master suite of course has its own private bath. And it has his-and-hers walk-in closets. Its size and location make it an oasis of privacy within the home.
