Our Prairie Pine Court one story house plan is a modern translation of a Prairie styledfarmhouse home plan. This is evident by its hipped rooflines. The Prairie Pine Court house plan has broad, bracketed eaves and an entry porch supported by stone pilasters and square tapered columns. Cement fiber siding with the bold continuous cornice emphasizes the strong horizontal plains of prairie home designs. The rear garage de-emphasizes the auto and celebrates the home.
Upon entering the foyer on the Prairie Pine Court home plan, one views the craftsman house plan styled divider between the foyer and formal dining room, with low bookshelves and a pair of square tapered columns. Beyond is the spacious great room with beamed ceiling and views to beyond. The island kitchen is to the left with a walk-in pantry for additional storage. Also part of this area is the breakfast nook that opens to the home's vaulted ceiling veranda.
Each bedroom of this house plan has its own secluded location as well as private baths. Just inside the garage door the Prairie Pine Court home plan offers a family valet for placing purses, keys, etc. The utility room is nearby and is entered via dual closets for storage or hanging drip dry clothing. This ample space has a planning desk area as well.
The master suite of this home plan is entered via the Master foyer. It features his and hers closets and vanities. The Master bath has a large walk-in shower and linen closet. The Prairie Pine Court is a refined celebration of the great Prairie School tradition of architecture. This home design has 3108 sq. ft. of living area with three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is a slab/stemwall.

Our plans do not include engineering for any specific site. Because of the great differences in geography and climate, each state, or municipality may have its own building regulations. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.
