Florianne House Plan

Multiple arched windows and varied rooflines add interest to the fa̤ade of the Florianne. A smart floor plan gives style and function to the interior. The foyer opens up to the study on the right through french doors. The study can easily be converted to a third bedroom. Ahead is the central great room. It opens up to the rear solana through retreating glass walls. The master suite of the Florianne house plan has a tray ceiling, while the great room, dining room, and kitchen have step ceilings.
