Easley House Plan

The Easley is a small, luxury Southern Traditional house plan. A covered entry porch, shutters, and transoms surrounding the front door hint at the welcoming atmosphere within. As you enter the foyer, the dining room is located directly to the right. Ahead is the open area kitchen and breakfast nook.

The kitchen of the Easley plan is packed with the functional amenities every culinary enthusiast hopes for in his or her new home. There is a walk-in pantry for extra storage space. It has an open arrangement floor plan, dining room access, long countertops and plenty of cabinets. The breakfast nook overlooks the rear patio. The great room is open to the rear patio through sliding glass doors. It is the perfect location for entertaining friends or family. The left wing of the Easley plan contains two guest suites. The guest bath is located between both bedrooms and is also shared with family and guests.

To the right of the Easley home plan, the master suite features a step ceiling. There is a large walk in closet that is easily able to accommodate the owners clothes and shoes. It also has access to the attic via drop down stairs. The master bathroom offers a spacious walk-in closet and a double vanity. It has a tub and shower combination.

The spacious utility room houses the washer, dryer, and a wash tub. There is plenty of room left over for a folding table. The utility room leads out to the two car garage. There is an optional drop down stairs leading to the attic. The Easley plan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 1464 square foot home plan is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
