Catalina House Plan

Comparing Mediterranean house plans can be difficult. When you're looking for quality, the best is none other than the Catalina. Upon entering the home the foyer leads to the study on the right and the great room straight ahead. The great room of the Catalina plan has a stepped ceiling. It has sliding glass doors leading out to the rear covered solana. The left side of the Catalina home design caters to rest and relaxation. There is a guest suite and a full bath that shares the bedroom and also is used for family or guests. The Master Suite is also on the same side of the home. There is a separate door leading out to the solana from the master bedroom. Down the hall are his and hers walk in closets. Beyond the closets is the spacious master bathroom. There is an outdoor fireplace and built in grill which is a great place to congregate on the weekends.
