Caprice House Plan

The Caprice house plan is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. The front entry of the home is flanked by triple arches. Stucco detailing and corbels are dispersed throughout the exterior of the home. A barrel tile roof finishes it off. An oversized three car garage is accessed in the front of the home.

Inside, the Caprice floor plan offers 3186 square feet of well appointed living space. This living space offers a central great room, open kitchen, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The large foyer leads into the formal dining room on the right. Beyond the foyer is the spacious great room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a corner walk-in pantry and two islands. An angled breakfast nook looks out over the loggia, which houses an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Next to the great room is a powder bath that leads to an outdoor shower.

The left side of the home is wholly dedicated to the master retreat. Double doors open to the master foyer. To the right is the master bedroom. To the left is the massive master bath and walk-in closet. The master bath features an island soaking tub with a walk-around shower, separate vanities, a make-up area, linen cabinetry, and separate water closet. Sliding glass doors lead to a private master garden.

A utility room, built-in desk, stairs and a guest suite can be found on the right side of the Caprice. Upstairs, a small loft leads to the third guest suite, study and an equipment closet. Both the study and guest suite have sliding glass doors that open to the upstairs balcony.
