Calhoun House Plan

The Calhoun floor plan is a small, luxury coastal tidewater home. A covered entry porch, shutters, and transoms surrounding the front door hint at the welcoming atmosphere within. The kitchen is packed with the functional amenities every culinary enthusiast hopes for in his or her new home. There is a large walk-in pantry for extra storage space. This is an open concept arrangement, with dining room access, breakfast nook, and the great room. There are long counter tops in the kitchen and plenty of cabinets for extra storage.
