Belcourt House Plan

Our Belcourt house plan features a modern, yet charming French Country design on the exterior of the home. Inside, a grand, open space awaits. The Belcourt feels much larger than its 4036 living square feet. The central great room is conveniently open to the home's dining room and kitchen. A generous pantry can be found next to the kitchen.

Almost every room in the house has access to the outdoors: great room, kitchen nook, master suite and two upstairs bedrooms. The Belcourt's lanai offers an outdoor kitchen and separate pool bath and shower, making it perfect for a swimming pool and entertaining.

The master suite in the Belcourt is a true oasis. This suite boasts separate his and her walk in closets and separate his and her bath areas. The smaller bath features a large walk in shower, vanity and separate water closet.
