Ardenno House Plan

The Ardenno home plan is a small luxury home plan and is designed in a Mediterranean style. The Ardenno home is perfect for the empty nester or a young family. A corbelled roofline, arched windows and a columned entryway provide luxurious curb appeal to this moderately-sized home. With 10 foot ceilings throughout, it makes the home appear even larger.

Once entering the foyer to the right side are double french doors entering to the study which can also be used as a third guest room. A smart layout separates the master suite and secondary bedroom to one side. The second bedroom offers a full bath just outside the door. The second bathroom can also be shared for company.

An open floor plan provides convenience and functionality to the home's core rooms. The eat-in kitchen with the breakfast nook allows for intimate meals. The kitchen has plenty of storage and preparation space and features a pass-thru to the formal dining area. The great room and dining room feature a step ceiling detail and open concept feel.

The Ardenno floor plan has a total living space of 1,281 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large two bay garage which also houses the washer/dryer and water heater.The Ardenno home plan is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
