The Arabella plan's Old World Tuscan styling is unmistakable. It has a stone walled entry courtyard with bougainvillea draped trellis and wrought iron gateway. It has a towering circular entry portico. Upon entering the Arabella home's expansive coffer ceiling foyer, one is invited to the formal dining room with its French doors that open onto another small side courtyard. Stepping through the foyer of the Arabella, one enters into the great room with an open concept to the kitchen and nook. This spacious area of the Arabella overlooks the veranda and views beyond.
The master suite is accessed off the foyer and features his and hers closets, as well as a third closet for storing winter clothes or perhaps maybe house those special shoes and handbags. The master bath has a walk-in shower, Whirlpool soaking tub, his/her vanities and a private dressing vanity. The master suite itself includes a sitting area and overlooks the veranda and has a door to access the outdoor sitting area with fireplace. Rounding out the Arabella home's spaces is a roomy study which overlooks the front courtyard and is accessed via double doors.
The two guest suites each have walk-in closets and private baths and look out onto adjacent patio or courtyards. The conveniently located powder bath and ample utility room complete this well appointed and thoughtfully laid out floor plan. The utility room has a large wash tub, counter space for folding clothes and room enough for a large washer and dryer.
This home plan has 3,433 square feet living area. The home plan features three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The garage has three bays and access to the attic via optional drop down stairs.

Our plans do not include engineering for any specific site. Because of the great differences in geography and climate, each state, or municipality may have its own building regulations. Your plans will likely need site specific engineering in order to comply with those local requirements, therefore, we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural engineer for compliance.
