What Exactly Is On The Drawing Board?

We have recently launched a new section of our website. It is dedicated to showing what we are working on, as well as other past projects. We work with clients all over the world, designing residences for all sorts of locations and different cultural tastes. This new "On the Drawing Board" section is a way to share this work with you.

Often times we have great designs that might not seem “stock plan” friendly. But that doesn’t mean they might not fit someone's needs perfectly. The problem is it takes a lot of time and work to transform a custom home plan into a stock plan. The end result is we have a lot of great stuff that very few people get to see.

Amazing New Features

We hope to change this with our new section of the website. But the most exciting part of this new section is you can actually purchase any plan we feature. All you need to do is contact us and let us know which plan you would like. We will get you more detailed information about it, including how to purchase it.

This is actually an incredible feature - the ability to purchase what amounts to a custom home plan at a vastly reduced price. These one of a kind plans are incredibly unique and special.

We feel this will also open up a line of communication with you, the public, and hopefully future customers. We would like to know what you think about these designs. Like we said, some of these homes may have been designed for other cultures who sometimes put different emphasis on how the home is laid out. But one of the great things about America is its ability to draw from other cultures, picking the best ideas and incorporating them into our lives.

Of course we will also be featuring fresh new designs that are in progress. This will give you the opportunity to see new plans before they become available for purchase. You can always put an order in on a plan that is in progress. That way you’ll get it as soon as it is finished.

Make Changes During Development

Another amazing feature is the ability to get modifications made at a reduced price. If you pre-order a plan that we are working on, you may be able to request changes be made to it. This depends on the stage of development. The benefit of this it that it is far cheaper to make changes to a plan in development than to a fully completed plan. But you have to check with us as soon as possible because we are always working on these plans.
