We have over 480 plans available (at the time of this writing) that range from as small as 1281 sq. ft. all the way up to 8088 sq. ft. We sell a lot of home plans that are under 2500 sq. ft.

What follows is a list of our favorite and best selling home plans that are under 2500 sq. ft. They are in no particular order. After all, we think all our house plans are the best!

The Bayberry Lane

This plan is is a combination of two of our best plans. We used the best traits from the Prairie Pine Court and the Medora plans. The result is a fantastic small house plan that has 2476 sq. ft. of living space. The Bayberry’s exterior showcases the same attractive features as the Prairie Pine Court. Its open floor plan and 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms makes this home feel very large.

The Braedan

With its obvious Prairie style influences this home offers lots of features in just 2042 sq. ft. of living area. The Braedan is a split home plan that features a large open area in the center of the home. With bedrooms on either side of the home, this plan offers both openness and privacy. The outdoor kitchen and the wide loggia makes this plan great for entertaining.

The Casina Rossa

The Casina Rossa is a striking Mediterranean house plan. Tuscan columns accentuate an elegant portico that leads you into this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. The expansive great room and open kitchen layout makes this 2192 sq. ft. home fell much larger. The study could be converted into a 4th bedroom, so this plan offers a lot of future options.

The Aruba Bay

We all deserve a beautiful luxury cottage like this. The Aruba Bay is the perfect vacation home plan that would also be a great choice for year round living. The Aruba Bay packs a lot of features in its 1886 sq. ft. of living space. The island basement is perfect for a home near the water or a smaller lot. Don’t give up a garage just because your lot is a little on the smaller size. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half-bath, many porches and a 2 story great room, this is an amazing smaller home.
