Plan of the Week: Tuscan Styled Home Plan

A dramatic Tuscan themed stone wall with a circular tower announces the entry to the Arabella, a Tuscan styled home plan design. The wrought iron pergola front gate opens to a lovely courtyard within. The Arabellahome plan features stunning ceiling details throughout. The open concept continues from the foyer to the great room, kitchen, and the veranda beyond.

The Arabella floor plan features a spectacular master suite with a sitting area that overlooks the veranda and view beyond. It is highlighted by a stepped tray ceiling. The master bath features a dramatic, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. There are his and hers master walk in closets with an additional winter/ shoe closet.

Two spacious guest suites open out to the courtyards. Each suite has a private walk in closet and full bath. The roomy study across the hall opens up to the front courtyard through French doors.
