Plan of the week: One Story House Plans

This is a beautiful example of one of our one story house plans. It is the Casina Rossa plan # 8071. This stunning house plan has both a Spanish and Tuscan influence to the home design. The covered entry leads to a coffered ceiling foyer. Beyond the gallery is the great room. This beautiful vaulted and beamed great room overlooks the veranda and optional pool beyond via three sets of double French doors. A fireplace with arched built-ins is at one end and is served by the gourmet kitchen at the other end through an arched serving counter.

A great master suite!

The spacious master suite of this beautiful home, one of our one story house plans features a sitting alcove and stepped tray ceiling with crown molding as well as views to the veranda. There are two large walk in closets just off the master foyer. The master bath has double vanities, a large oval soaking tub and walk in shower.

Perfect for play or relaxation!

The rear of the home with a broad covered veranda is supported via cast stone Tuscan columns . This creates a warm and elegant appearance. The veranda can be accesed both from the master bedroom through french doors or from the great room. This home is shown with the optional pool and terrace.

This open floor plan is the perfect layout for entertaining family and guests. The kitchen and nook area give the openness that is so desirable in homes these days. The two large bedrooms to the right share a full bath in between.
