The Berkeley Square has an array of elegant details that create a wonderful welcoming entry to this new-century house plan. With massive stone pillars, a matchstick pediment and stunning turret, this Berkeley Square house plan has a great curb appeal. With 2657 square feet of living area, the mid-level foyer leads up to the spacious living area and down to the lower-level bonus room. The Berkeley Square plan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The great room's fireplace warms the open kitchen and dining nook. The breakfast nook overlooks the rear porch through wraparound windows.
