Village Greens Way is a luxury, traditional home plan. A pronounced columned entry gives way to an equally impressive house plan. Village Greens Way features 2823 square feet of living area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A covered front porch, French doors, and delicate green shutters bring charm and life to Village Greens Way.

Inside, the grand foyer provides views directly to the rear of the home through French doors. The formal dining room is distinguished with a series of arches and columns. The room is crowned with a stepped ceiling. The gallery hall leads to the casual living zone of the home. Village Greens Way boasts an open arrangement of the nook, leisure room and kitchen. Entertaining is made easier in the home with the butler’s pantry and separate walk-in pantry. The leisure room has a beautiful corner fireplace and a built-in entertainment center. Two doors lead to the spacious lanai.

The front right of Village Greens Way houses three guest bedrooms and a large utility room. Each guest bedroom has a roomy walk-in closet. One bedroom shares a bathroom with the hall. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
