The Saddle River house plan is the perfect little mountain or waterfront cottage. This comfortable home lends itself to living various lifestyles depending on the needs of the owner. Lattice fretwork and symmetrical gables create a pure geometry on this easy-living mountain and river cottage. A stair tower adds a sense of grandeur to the Saddle River plan. A host of French doors on the main level invites the outside in, where an air of comfortable elegance prevails.

The formal dining room, gallery and great room open through sets of lovely French doors to the columned verandah.
